Purchased this product SLA5520 principally to "listen again" to BBC radio. Like others, I have been through server down (now solved) and feel I am now at 1 minute to midnight on the 24 hours that represents trying to get this product to work. Can anyone please nurse me through this last metaphoric minute and get BBC radio (Philips consumer support solution was to ask you lot!).

How did you solve the server down problem? Many people talk about it but I have not seen anyone with a solution.
I think the server down issue is just when the streamium cannot route to the internet. This is why some are not getting internet radio to work too. I manually set the IP up on my streamium and it all started working. If you enable the radio in the philips manager, and them focus on getting that to work by ensuring the gateway is set correctly then it should start working.
Note I have other issues, Favorite in particular seemed buggy. Now I have twenty I can't get rid of...
