there is suddenly no backlight on my remote control display?

Hi,
Are you refering to the backlight of the display or the blue
light around the hardware-buttons?
If the battery is running low, no blue light anymore
while pressing one of the hardware buttons. Thats what I
found out. And twice I had to hard reset the system (little switch on the back). full batteries, no blue light ;-(
And if it is the backlight from the display, maybe the
brightness is to low/off ?
