Dear streamium Users,
The exchange of SL50i towards SLA5520 is only applicable for non-USA consumers. The SLA5520 is currently not on sale in the US market.

what does this mean?
1.only applicable for non USA consumers~ I am not a USA consumer~
2.I have make a resolution with Streamium department(which the custmer center told me that he has told the netherland department, and he promise philips will mail it back to me,Taiwan. So I mailed sl50i to Philips Netherland)
3.your topic is not mentioned on the return form at first~(however I am right non-USA consumer)
If philips not return me right the SLA5520:
A.Philips would betray me, the thing philips promise me philips cant follow~
B.My sl50i have mailed to Netherland~ that mean my sl50i is in philips streamium department, So Philips is just like to take my sl50i by force and have no wil to mail it back~ This act is just like a thief, not a Huge company does.
(My Sl50i is given by friend in holland, And I live in Taiwan~)
I wonder what position YOU are in So that you can tell us this nonsense to explain why you dont mail sla5520 back.

I deeply hope there's some misunderstanding between philips and non-US sl50i user
1.I want to know if my sl50i have been deliver to philips or not.
2.I want to know if philips have send the sla5520 back to me already or not.
Please don't keep me waiting.

Dear streamium Users,
Philips apologizes for the delay in exchanging SL50i for new SLA5520 products.
This week the required SLA5520 products have been shipped to Service Bureau Jansen.
You should receive your SLA5220 on short notice.
Again, apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
