Just got one of these. No problem streaming tracks from a PC via UPnP, but despite much fiddling I can't get Internet Radio to work. The documentation and online help for this is woefully inadequate.

In particular, I think the solution to my problem may lie in the "Int. radio mgmt" menu, but it won't let me add a user because "the maximum number of users (5) has been reached", but it won't let me delete users either! When I try to delete it asks me for a password. Whatever I enter I get "connection interupted". I haven't found any documentation about managing users.

I've updated the firmware (v1.67) and restored factory settings, just in case.

Has anyone got this working? Any help appreciated!

Hi Wizbit,

In effect, apparently Philips has an issue with its server and they are working on it. They will kepp us informed.

To reset your account, I would suggest you to restore factory settings (menu/settings/restore settings).

Thanks for the reply emat.

How will they keep us informed? I wasn't able to find anything about this on their web site, and haven't gotten any reply from their support guys.

Now it is working on my side. After a restore settings and a complete reinstallation, everything works well.

What about you ?

Still not working, despite a factory reset and upgrade to firmware 1.8. It will let me "add user" but after entering my email address it says "connection interrupted" and dumps me back into the menu.

Hi Wizbit,

Before sending it back, would suggest to try a registration via a wired connection (connect your device to your router with a wire).

I've tried connecting it to router via a cable, and even directly to my cable modem, but still get the same problem.

Still no reply from Philips "support".

Very disappointing. I'll be returning it, to exchange for a Revo Blik.

Check also the Club Philips site to see if any devices are found and delete them.

After this reset the unit to factory settings and try to register it again with the same email address.
