Accounts can always be unbanned but we do need to have the original username for that.
The migration from the old forum caused issues as there were more user ID's used and the additional ID is added in between and not to the end of the list.
I have also been unable to access the 'My Media' or any other subsection of teh Streamium Management module on the website. I'd simply like to update the URLs of the websites that are part of MyMedia but am unable to do so. Can anyone help?

Normally post your questions to the subforum relevant to the device you have so the help is quicker.
This is just a generic thread.
Try to remove the device from Club Philips and reset the device to factory settings and then register again.

As mentioned before please do not post your problems to this thread as there will be no help most likely.
Check the relevant subforum for your model and see if the same issue is discussed there.
If you do not find any open threads about the matter you can create a new one with proper explanations about the issue.
